INSPIRING YOUNG PEOPLE - "Let C.H.A.N.G.E. Happen" 

The Youth Division of the National Association of Negro Business & Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. invites youth between the ages of 12-18 to get connected with other youth across the country who are focused on the goal of "C.H.A.N.G.E.," which represents:

Community Service
Higher Education
Activism
Networking
Global Awareness
Entrepreneurship-Education/Training

Youth members gain the opportunity to further develop their skills through the following membership benefits: 
 Participation in National Oratorical Competition 
 Essay Competition 
 Rites of Passage Ceremony 
 National Youth Convention & District Youth Conference 
 Mission Trips to Africa through the International Affairs Division 
 United Nation Program Visits

B.E.T.A. P.S.I.

The Beta Psi (Bold, Energetic, Trustworthy, Aware, Positive, Sincere, Ingenious) Clubs consist of young women and men, ages 18 to 21, attending an accredited college, university, business or technical school who want to get involved with human services, economic, social, and political issues affecting the lives and welfare of the poor, minorities and the handicapped.

Beta Psi members of the National Association of Negro Business & Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. are focused on: 

 Increasing their Leadership Skills
 Developing their Communication Skills
 Sharpening Problem-Solving and Decision–Making Skills and
 Addressing Social & Political Issues
